Fantastic customer service. When the bridle I ordered was the wrong size (I ordered a cob size but it was more of a full size and too big for my horse) , they offered me a generous credit which I used to get a couple of rugs. Will definitely use this business again. Thank you. Staff were brilliant and kind and resolved the issue very quickly.
